Who is eligible for Astra Club?

Is there really no limit on rental days?
Correct. Your Astra Club membership includes unlimited rental days and unlimited kilometres. There are no daily, weekly, or monthly caps. You can have a vehicle for as long as you like, and swap to a different one whenever you choose.
Can I drive any car in the fleet?
Yes — every vehicle in our fleet is available to every member. Supercars, luxury sedans, SUVs, and boats. No restrictions, no upgrade fees. If it’s in the garage, you can drive it.
How does self-drive work for boats?
Members with a valid boat licence can self-captain any vessel in our fleet. We provide a full safety briefing at our Sydney Harbour marina. For those without a licence, a professional skipper can be arranged at a small additional cost.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A fully refundable $15,000 security deposit is held on your nominated card at sign-up. It’s returned in full at the conclusion of your membership, provided there are no outstanding damage claims.
Can I share my membership with others?
Memberships are non-transferable, but you can share vehicle access with approved guest drivers — partners, family, or business clients. Guest drivers must meet our age and licence requirements and be pre-registered through your member portal.
Do you deliver outside of Sydney?
Yes. Doorstep delivery is included Australia-wide at no extra cost. Interstate delivery typically requires 48 hours notice. Sydney metro deliveries can often be arranged same-day.
What's the minimum commitment?
Astra Club memberships have a 12-month minimum term. After the initial term, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply — full details are provided in your membership agreement.
Is the membership tax deductible?
For eligible business owners, the Astra Club membership fee may be claimed as a business expense. We recommend speaking with your accountant about your specific circumstances. We can provide detailed invoicing to support your claim.
What happens if the car I want isn't available?
We maintain a deliberately low member-to-car ratio to minimise this. In the rare event your first choice is booked, your concierge will offer comparable alternatives and can priority-queue you for the next available slot — usually within 24–48 hours.
